I am a specialised respiratory physiotherapist who helps people with lung disease do more and be more active, feel better and suffer less anxiety and enjoy improved quality of life.

I offer Individualised exercise therapy for people recovering from cardiovascular or pulmonary surgery (eg after lung cancer surgery)

I also provide portable LUNG FUNCTION TESTING so you can find out how your lungs are functioning if you´re concerned.

• Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia (graded exercise therapy – “Start low and go slow” individualized programmes, and cognitive behavior therapy approaches)


I also run a Stop Smoking Programme that implements a combined therapeutic approach utilising herbal medication (Cytisine) to help reduce withdrawal symptoms and effective behaviour change techniques to help people quit smoking. Smokers are 5 times more likely to quit for good with professional help.
