Coming from a health & fitness background, a number of years ago I left Ireland to pursue my passions. Writing, food & travel. I now focus my time on writing; both personally and professionally.

I have been published in many food & travel magazines, newspapers & publications and I am currently working on my first novel. (Which may or may not be food related - watch this space!) I am a contributor for Metropolitan Barcelona & also a content creator for the largest Food Tour Operator in Spain.

Everything I do, I do with passion & a full heart. My loves, passions, (mis)adventures, work, travel and everyday moments from wherever I am in the world can be found right here on this page & my website!
