Join artist Alicia Henry and yoga instructor Amie Mignatti for an unforgettable week long yoga and art retreat in a quiet, beautiful and eco-friendly center in the Portugese mountains. Wake up in a tipi, practice yoga every morning in a yurt or outside under the pine trees, create art from the heart in the afternoon, enjoy 3 delicious organic vegetarian meals, and end the day around the campfire under the starry sky.

This retreat will give you the space to open up to your own creativity, to focus on your dreams and wishes, and to allow yourself to spend a week in the process of creation, movement and flow.

About the Space:
Gravity is an eco-friendly Retreat Center situated in the forested hills of Beira Baxia, surrounded by lakes and rivers and tucked deeply and remotely inside this magic landscape. It has been built with love and attention, following permaculture and sacred geometry principles. There is a nearby waterfall and a lovely river to swim in.

Accommodation is in tipis, the meals are organic (either homegrown or locally sourced) & vegetarian, and the setting is breathtaking. This is a space for peace, for quiet, for recharge and regeneration, and to connect again to yourself without the constant noise and busyness of the everyday life. This is a space to simply be and allow yourself to open up.

Children are welcome.

which includes: Accommodation in a shared tipi of 4 persons, daily morning yoga with Amie, art workshops and materials in the afternoon with Alicia, 3 meals per day

Not included: Cost of the flight and transfer to/from Gravito (we can arrange these for an extra cost)
