These 2 bed fully equipped apartments are located in the popular area of ARENALES DEL SOL, a beautiful beach resort only 12 minutes away from Alicante airport. Whether you're looking for sun, sea, golf, water-sports, a romantic getaway or just relaxing by the pool/beach, look no further. Both apartments have outside dining areas equipped with a BBQ and sun loungers. Both outside areas (upstairs and down) are fully enclosed so that you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains or the sea

The interior are fully furnished to a high standard throughout and come complete with all utensils, white goods and appliances needed for a relaxing stay including English T.V. and WIFI.

The apartments are located on a quiet residential urbanisation which has a communal pool and also has a smaller pool for children .

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

The local beaches of ARENALES DEL SOL andcarabassi are a five minute walk away and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, beach bars (In high season) and sand dunes. The main city of Alicante is a 15 minute drive away and offers a variety of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Within easy reach is Gran Alacant (walkable) with a variety of international bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the seaside resort of SANTA POLA with it's scuba diving centre, and Elche, famous for it's palm gardens and shoe factories.

Local tour operators offer a variety of trips in and around the Costa Blanca for those of you that just want to sit back and relax.


The apartments are a 2 minute stroll from a natural park, home to various birds and small wildlife. Arenales has a cycle/jogging route all around it and the prom is approximately 5 kms long. The nearest golf club is approximately 20 minutes drive away and a further seven championship courses a short drive away.

Arenales is a very busy summer resort with a large variety of bars, restaurants and beach activities. There are craft stalls and a childrens play area in summer. In the winter, it is very quiet and a relaxing sunshine break. A small selection of bars will remain open throughout the year. Arenales has an excellent bus service to Gran Alacant, Santa Pola, Alicante and Elche. There is a street market every day of the week within one of the local towns.
