Sleeping seven, there are three bedrooms; one with a king size bed, one with double bed and single over and the third with single bunk beds. Bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker/hob and dishwasher (washing machine in back patio area). Lounge with two sofas, satellite LCD TV, DVD player and internet access.

Towels, beach towels, bed linen and electricity all included.

The apartment is family-friendly (of course!). The apartment is on the ground floor with the only access being from the front of the property. The front garden has a small grassed area and a gate. The gate leads on to the communal 'jardin' where the pool is fenced to deter little ones escaping from the apartments and ending up in the pool. There is a children's pool and small children's play area on the 'jardin'.

There are 2 patio areas one at the back and one at the front with outside dinning table and chairs and seating area at the front.

The site offers an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, the course opened in 2009 and has 4 lakes and lovely manicured greens, the warm climate makes this ideal for golf all year round. We have two sets of adult right-handed golf clubs in the apartment - airlines charge approx £50 if you want to take your own. There are also tennis, squash, padel and basketball courts and football pitches on site within a 5 minute walk - all equipment is available to hire. There is a large supermaket, bar and restaurant on site.

A 15 minute drive to Mazzaron Port is where you will find lots of sandy beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are just 30 / 40 minutes away.

The apartment is a 1hr 5 min drive from Alicante airport, 40 mins from Murcia (San Javier) and 15 mins from the soon to be opened Corvera airport. Budget airlines to check are bmibaby, Monarch and (hate to say it) Ryannair.
