Ideally situated, relaxed and comfortable accommodation in a superb location - and is just a short walk from centre of the resort with its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The complex has a large swimming pool and a shallow splash pool for children. The beautiful soft sandy beach is also a short walk away and is ideal for children as the sea is very calm and stays shallow for ages!

Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and personal safe.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and free-standing fan.

Bathrooms:
Fitted bathroom with basin, bath, & shower.

Kitchen:
Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, cooker, tall fridge/freezer, & microwave. includes ample crockery, pots pans and utensils for cooking should you want to have a break from all of the restaurants!.


Living Rooms:
Spacious lounge/dining room equipped with sofa, easy chairs, Dining table, TV / DVD's / Videos / Ipod docking station / & books.

Other:
Veranda with sea view to the left and overlooking the swimming pool and small play park. The arch at the top of the stairwell frames a fantastic view of Monte Toro!.
The veranda is equipped with a table and chairs, 2 sunbeds, and a parasol.


Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Bath and hand towels, tea towels, and bedding linen are included ( but not beach towels) - changed weekly.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the 2nd floor so there are 2 flights of steps - Although the steps are easy for able bodied people, it would not be suitable for wheel chair users or people who struggle on stairs.

Outside
Siesta Mar 1 is a privately owned complex run by a community of owners - the beautiful grounds are maintained to a very high standard. There are extensive lawns, trees, palm trees and other shrubs and plants.

The complex tends to be relatively low key even in the high season and this is what we love about the complex. The swimming pool is a very good size and is great for swimming lengths, please check out the photographs and also Google maps so you can see for yourself.
