Beautiful and luxury seafront penthouse in a quiet complex with swimming pool and direct access to the sea. The apartmen (max 5 guests)t, recently refurbished and decorated by the best Lanzarote's artists, is located on the second and last floor of a beautiful complex built directly on the sea in the Playa Bastian area. The large sea-view terrace with a dining table, lounge area and deck chairs offers a cozy outdoor space that guarantees guests privacy. The living area is divided into a living room with sofa and tv (with internet tv, you'll have all the european channels and a choice of on demand films in more than 10 languages), a reading area, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and a comfortable dining corner. The sleeping area has two large bedrooms both with a bilt-in wardrobe and two full bathrooms with large shower.
The apartment is equipped with a flat wi-fi internet connection and at guests disposal there is also a landline phone to call local numbers for free.
The swimming pool of the complex offers a children's area. There are umbrellas and sun loungers available for free.
From the garden, through a gate reserved for guests of the complex, you will reach the Playa Bastian's sea front (50 meters). From here you can reach the center of Costa Teguise and the Pueblo Marinero, the heart of nightlife, in 10 minutes. The bus stop is in front of the entrance of the complex, near which there is a zone where you can also park your car for free (3 meters away from the entrance). A supermarket is about 200 meters away and there are many bars and restaurants in the same area.
