Welcome to the American School Fes - Amicitia, a fully-accredited American pre-school, elementary, middle, and high school.

Amicitia is the Latin term for “friendship.” From the beginning, friendship has been a cornerstone of our mission. We believe that working side by side with people from different cultures has the potential to create a world-class educational community that embraces the diversity of our individual teachers, students, staff, and family members. Our learning environment places priority on developing the whole child using a variety a learner-centered, experiential pedagogies that produce globally-minded leaders. Our core curriculum provides Amicitia students with the opportunity to learn in and through the arts, to understand the technology driving our modern world, to develop a sense of civic duty through community service, and to understand our changing world firsthand through exchange programs.
