Almeria Sol

We would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Dominic and Jane Grimoldby managers of the Almeria Sol business and we live in San Juan de los Terreros.

The Almeria Sol business was started in 2008 & we took over the management of the company in 2012.

We purchased our home in San Juan de los Terreros in 2008 and initially rented it to clients during the summer months. We subsequently moved permanently into our Spanish home in January of 2011.

We take great pride in the business & know all the house owners on a first name basis. We also have been active in promoting & expanding the holiday rental side of business.

Currently we manage about 50 properties, with half rented out when the clients do not wish to use the property themselves, thus creating an income which pays for the running costs of their holiday home.

We offer all services which you would expect from management & rental agents & anything we cannot complete ourselves we engage local professionals.
