Alcudia Holiday Apartment

This page provides details for Apartment 212 in the Siesta 2 complex located in Puerto Alcudia, Mallorca. This is a comfortable, privately owned apartment, suitable for families looking to stay in the town.

Located on the second floor, at the end of the block, the recently redecorated and refurbished apartment provides the finest views from the rooms and balcony. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles and two double safe beds in the large lounge. There is a six seater table and chairs together with two lazy chairs in the dining area. The newly refurbished bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet and washing machine. A fully fitted kitchen leads to the dining room/lounge and onto the balcony overlooking the magnificent pool below.

The apartment is air conditioned in the main living area and fans are provided for the bedrooms, if required. Double glazed windows and patio doors are all fitted with insect screens.

There is a no smoking policy within the apartment. We are comfortable if you wish to smoke on the balcony.

SIESTA 2 APARTMENTS
This complex is situated at the foot of the mountain Puig De Sant Marti and close to the sandy beaches of Alcudia. Tennis courts available for hire. A resident manager/receptionist is available at all times to help answer any queries you may have.

SURROUNDING AREA
The old walled town of Alcudia is about 45 minutes walk away. Alternatively bicycles, horse drawn carriages and taxis can be hired. An outdoor market is held on Sunday and Tuesday mornings where fruit, vegetables and various souvenirs may be purchased.

The beach is 15 minutes walk straight down the road where all kinds of activities are available such as wind surfing, pedal boats, snorkelling and boat trips etc.

The road to the beach is full of souvenir shops, bars and restaurants which cater to most tastes and budgets. For fine dining head over to the nearby Port of Alcudia where many more restaurants are located with fine views of the harbour and bay.

RATES
The rates are inclusive of electricity, hot water, washing machine, air conditioning, linen, towels and tea towels, but we do NOT provide beach towels.

1st Jan to 1st Apr - £225 (up to 4 person) +£20 per extra person
2nd Apr to 15th July - £350 (up to 4 person) +£20 per extra person
16th Jul to 31st Oct - £400 (up to 4 person) +£20 per extra person
1st Nov to 31st Dec - £225 (up to 4 person) +£20 per extra person

- Long lets available at reduced costs
- A £50 per week deposit will be required upon making a booking
- Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure
