The house is just a 2 minute stroll to the beach at Lindavista Baja and is situated beside the Guadalmina north Golf Course. It is walking distance to San Pedro the nearest town with it’s abundance of shops and restaurants and is just a 5 minutes drive from the famous glitzy Puerto Banus and 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella town. The house itself is a corner site with a private garden and patio area (for alfresco dining), a roof garden for all day sun. It has a large living/dining room with Sky TV (UK and Irish) free wi fi, and a DVD Player. It has 4 bedrooms (One master double en-suite, two twin rooms and one single en-suite) sleeping up to 7 people. One main bathroom and downstairs guest W/C. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc. The beach at Lindavista is a lovely spot with plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars) and restaurants open all year and water sports from March to October.
