Olia Zayarova & WakeUp.studio

Hi everyone! My name is Olia Zayarova.
I'm a personal fitness&detox trainer, entrepreneur and founder of www.english4me.ru (an online English school, a great team of strong professionals that offer their own unique experience and approach) and www.wakeup.studio (my home fitness&detox studios).
I studied choreography and nutrition in Russia, earned her Masters in Sociology at Lomonosov Moscow State University, graduated from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and University of Tampere, Finland, founded English4me.ru.
Then I moved to London, completed Gyrokinesis Teacher Training Course with Leda Franklin and started giving offline and online classes&consultations.
Taking the best from the experience I got I created practical WakeUp classes, that combine active workout with deep stretching. Classes gently work and stretch the body, opening the energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. My classes in Moscow were called WakeUp classes, so my home studio got its name www.wakeup.studio.
My style is fluid, feminine, intuitive and creative.
I'm mainly a practitioner, I do my practice, follow my diet, experiment, meet like-minded people and I'm happy that my experience can be helpful to others.
I love my "big little things" that are a part of my day, like morning yoga, home cooking and walking/jogging/swimming during the day.
Today I give private classes and develop individual fitnes&detox programs for my guests in studios (WakeUp.studio) around the world.
