Vision Investment Property Almeria (V.I.P Almeria) is a small enterprise yet has established itself as one of the most respected and recommended property firms in the Almeria area. We are a registered company and trading since 2005. CIF registered in Spain (Number B04833737) & inscribed in the "Registro Mercantile de Almeria"

We have held exclusive contracts over the years such as becoming the development promoter of the Miramar de Marina Golf development in Mojacar. This was a fantastic life experience working in a sales industry from the sales and construction points of view. Our office was based in the Marina Golf Club House.

In 2007 to 2008, V.I.P Almeria represented Mojacar in the Costa Almeria with the brand Hestiun, "Official Leisure Property Development Partner of Manchester United" under the name of "Royal Resorts". This company sponsorship raised our small company and the area profile throughout Europe. We are very grateful to Don José Ramón Carabante for all his guidance and endorsements. Don Carabante went on to Create Spain's First Formula One Team named Hispania Racing F1 Team (HRT). This was a point for V.I.P Almeria to grow in a hard market.

In the summer of 2008, Steven decided that through his networks and association with the banking sector locally and internationally, VIP Almeria could also provide clients excellent financial assistance and property portfolios that were not generally available to the public.

As a result of the recessionary environment, we opened a independent office on Mojacar Beach (Beside the Red Cross Centre) in Summer 2010. This allowed our portfolio to expand to re-sale listings, V.I.P Almeria were the first company in this area to gather and understand Distress Sales and offering Bank Repossessions. This side of the company developed very well and we decided to continue with this direction and a year later closed our Office in Marina Golf Club House and work from the Beach office.

V.I.P Almeria is very pro-active and in 2012, Steven Howlett was selected as the "Almeria Area Expert" for the UK TV show "A Place in the Sun" - Summer Sun conducting interviews about Mojacar and the surrounding Coastline. Steven has being involved in a number of other reputable TV productions showing property options to clients. We even have our own profile Section on "A Place in The Sun" website and was involved in the portal even at BETA stages.

Many different aspects of the industry are available from our office such as Sales, Valuations, Survey, Architect plans, Community Administration, Insurance, Planning and Property Registry solutions including Land Taxes. Now in 2017, we have already introduced many new clients to the area after very successful Property Expos. Our Client portfolio varies of Northern European and Nationals. We want people to enjoy this fantastic unspoiled natural area and have assisted so many integrating to the region which a strong cultural identity. Many cultural phenomena that are seen internationally as distinctively Spanish are largely or entirely Andalusian in origin. Think about flamenco and certain Moorish-influenced architectural styles.
