Villa Natalia

Villa Natalia is a holiday home that you can rent throughout the year. The climate in Lanzarote is excellent all year with lots of sun but not too hot and very dry.

The villa is in Playa Blanca which is the southern part of Lanzarote and is popular with families as it is has nice safely sloping beaches and is quiet and relaxing.

The villa is about a 3 minute walk from a water park and about a 5 minute walk from the beach.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can sleep 12 people and the pricing is based on the number of people in the villa. The price for 6 people is £700 and you can contact me if you have less or more people that want to stay in the villa. Children are free.

The swimming pool is private and heated all year round.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven. In addition there is all you will need to do some cooking down to the corkscrew and bottle opener!

There is sky TV box and free internet.

Parking in the drive for 4 or 5 cars.

* Bedroom 1 - double bed, en suite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2 - twin beds.
* Bedroom 3 - double bed.
* Bedroom 4 - double bed, en suite bathroom.
* Bedroom 5 - twin beds, en suite bathroom.

* There are 5 Bathrooms, 4 are en-suite.
* All have WC and hand basin in addition to a shower. Bathroom 1 also has a bath. Lots of hot water and the water pressure is very high giving an invigorating power shower.

* Microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Iron, Liquidiser

Utility Room:
* There is a utility area just off the kitchen which has an ironing board and clothes drier. It is also where the internal stairs lead to the roof terrace.

Games room:
* Competition standard table football.
* There are 2 double sofa-beds here if you need extra capacity but please enquire about this when you book.
