Vedra Events are based in Ibiza, with years of knowledge of the island, restaurants, bars, beaches, activities on offer as well as relationships with the best suppliers on the island. We understand that everyone has a maximum budget and we will help you to stick to this and get you the best deals possible. No request is too much bother, just let us know exactly what you want and we will do our best to organise it for you.
How does it work?
You send in an enquiry to enquires@vedraevents.com stating your arrival and departure dates (We do not book your flights)
We allocate your enquiry to a dedicated Events Coordinator who will contact you
You confirm your budget and activities that may be of interest
We will send you an itinerary and total cost
You confirm your booking and pay a deposit for the group
We confirm your booking and reconfirm the programme to you
You pay the full balance 6 weeks prior to the event
We will email you your Vedra Events party pack with all the necessary information for your weekend and remain available on email and telephone for any further help or advice.
We will do our best to be available 24 hours a day during your time in Ibiza
