We produce Indian cuisine influenced by that of the Gujarat region of India, i.e. West Indian coast.

Gujarati food is believed to be one of the healthiest cuisines in India. It has been portrayed in eminent Bollywood films... North Gujarat, Kathiawad, Kachchh, and Surti Gujarati, the four major regions of Gujarat all bring their own styles to Gujarati food. Many Gujarati dishes are distinctively sweet, salty, and spicy at the same time.
