THE OLD CHOCOLATE FACTORY LOFT has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living, big kitchen, basement that can be used as fourth bedroom and the PATIO. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, integrated dish machine, oven, cooker with hood, microwave oven, coffee machine, water heater, toaster and a washing machine.

THE OLD CHOCOLATE FACTORY MINI is a complete compacted flat in just one 5 m high room, and it will be available soon! The apartment has it´s own entrance both to the street and the PATIO, and the flat is full of southern light.

SOUNDPROOF STUDIO is also located in the same Old Chocolate Factory building and it is available to rent, so musicians are most welcome. In addition our family has a modest gym behind the patio that the guests are free to use anytime.

ST. SUNDAY is a several hundred years old building all for your private use. The house is recently reformed with great love and care. It is situated by an important square, PLAZA DE SANTO DOMINGO. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge and a freezer, fan oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and a inverse osmosis system to get good drinking water from a special tap. The washing machine is at the private roof terrace. The terrace is pointed to south, and there are growing curative aloe vera plants that the guests are free to use for their skin and hair care.
