La idea de Sweetaly Gelato Espresso nació en 2015 gracias al sueño y a la dedicación de dos jóvenes empresarios italianos ambos apasiónados de Gelato italiano, Corrado Micheli (Roma) y Giorgio Lissoni (Milán), amigos desde hace muchos años.
Sus conocimientos en el campo del Gelato Italiano y de las nuevas tecnologías en la producción del mismo, además de una verdadera atracción por la elegancia, el estilo, el gusto y el diseño representativo de Italia, llevó a la creación de un concepto muy innovador en el mundo de las Gelaterias.
Este concepto rueda entorno a la mantecación “instantánea” (o “exprésa”) de la mezcla, efectuada en manera revolucionaria a la vista del consumidor en la tienda, y no como tradicionalmente se hace en el obrador detras del espacio dedicado a la venta.

The idea of Sweetaly Gelato Espresso was developed in 2015 thanks to the dream of two italian enterpreneurs with a great passion for Gelato Italiano, Corrado Micheli (Rome) and Giorgio Lissoni (Milan), friends since a long time.
Sweetaly is a company that moves the production of Gelato from the laboratory to the selling area of the store, directly in front of the Customers, because we believe that only in this way the true essence, taste and creaminess of Gelato remain intact.
Sweetaly’s Gelato is fresher than a common Gelato because we produce it several times and in small quantities during the day, while other ordinary Gelaterias do it only once a day, or prepare it a day for more days. Moreover, many Gelaterias produce Gelato outside of the store.
We achieve this result through innovative technologies and processes that allow us to propose the best quality and naturalness of Gelato “espresso”, with respect to the purest genuineness of ingredients.
We desire people outside of Italy get familiar not only with Italian artisanal Gelato, but also with the real traditional Italian café and pastry, by immersing in a distinguishing environment whose design has been conceived to provide a brand-new customer experience in the world of Gelato.
