Join us for a relaxing Yoga Retreat in Catalonia.

Taking place in our secluded hotel, Ses Arrels, a converted Catalan "Mas" or country house, we offer five nights, from Sunday to Friday, of calm, relaxation, meditation and of course Yoga.

The Yoga Retreat is open to all levels of participants, beginners and intermediates alike.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The Hotel Ses Arrels is a Boutique Hotel situated in a privileged area of the Baix Empordà, just 3 km from the beaches of Palamós. The 14th century country house, has been restored with charm and enthusiasm and it is surrounded by forest, vineyards, lavender and olive trees. Beside the main house, we have "Sa Natura", a modern semi-detached 10 room extension, with access to the garden, perfectly integrated into the natural environment. The hotel features an outdoor pool, where you can relax in your free time, a reading room, and a living room with fireplace.

The Yoga and your daily "schedule" Start the day with a Meditation Session followed directly by the Vinyassa Yoga instruction. This takes place outside in the hotel's Olive Grove, the ideal location to feel at one with nature. Time for breakfast and then do your own thing. Walking in the surrounding woods and countryside, visit one of the local beaches, maybe the local market on Tuesday, or just stay around the pool, relaxing, reading and sunning yourself. Make your own lunch arrangements and then ready for the late afternoon session of Vinyassa Yoga instruction. Then freshen up and we'll all go out for dinner at one of a selection of restaurants in the surrounding area, to taste the local cuisine and take an evening stroll or "passeig" in true Catalan style. The dinner and transfer is included in the price of the holiday.

Dalí and Gala
We'll also visit the incredible house Salvador Dalí created for his wife and muse Gala in the village of Pubol. This excursion is also included in the price of the holiday.

We will provide 24 hour resort assistance for you during your stay.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

Travel:
Flights are NOT included. We suggest you look at “low-cost” airlines flying into GIRONA. Alternative arrival airports are BARCELONA or PERPIGNAN .

Insurance:
You should take out suitable travel insurance. Also be sure to bring your European medical cards, EHIC, (used to be E111)
