Being a Holistic Personal Trainer, my aims are to create a healthier, happier and stronger you.
My training focuses on building lean muscle mass creating a more metabolically active body. This approach teaches the body to continually torch calories, builds longer lasting muscle tone and dense strength. To maximise training I incorporate yang elements of HIIT (high intensity interval training), kettlebells (cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training), battle ropes (high-intensity whole body work-out), plyometrics (jump training) and calisthenics (bodyweight strength training). To end sessions I always include yin elements to ensure your temple is left relaxed and supple.
I'm available to work alongside retreats, to be booked as a freelance instructor or privately for 1-2-1 sessions and for small groups.

Active IQ Level 2 Diploma in Health & Fitness
Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid
Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training.
