In 2010 I obtained my BA in Translation and Interpreting (EN>ES), and I am currently studying an MA in Translation and New Technologies: Translation of Software and Multimedia Products. My intention is to continue my specialization in the field of websites/apps localization and the multimedia world in general, which is what I am truly passionate about.
My education is complemented with a MA in Foreign Trade, which consolidated my knowledge in one of my areas of expertise: Business and Marketing. Also, another of my interests has always been teaching English, so I enrolled in a MA in Teacher Training in Secondary and Upper Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Languages. Now I apply these skills when managing translations in the field of Education and Human Resources.
I couldn’t live without technology. I consider myself to be a computer geek deeply in love with ICT who is always up to date on recent developments in the field. I am used to working with HTML tags and can use a wide range of CAT tools and online environments.
I really love what I do, and my main goal is customer satisfaction. As I see it, a successful translation job is the result of three key elements: efficient translator-client communication, full commitment regarding deadlines and attention to details, as well as an accurate translation completed on time.
