The apartment consists of living room and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as kitchen and utility room. There is also one parking place reserved for the apartment in the underground garage. You can easily reach the apartment from the parking using the lift.

There is a south looking terrace equipped with sofa, 2 armchairs and table offering a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the surroundings. The building has a nice pool area with a „solarium” (sun terrace) for residents and guests.

Modern furniture, big windows, light colours and lots of sun make the apartment to your ideal vacational home. We made sure that you would feel here very comfortable. The flat is equipped with A/C (cooling – heating function) and under floor heating. All the bathrooms and floors are finished with high quality marble.

Living room is furnished with a very comfortable leather sofa, 2 armchairs, ocassional table and dining table for 6. TV 37-inch LCD, DVD and CD player.

Main bedroom is equipped with double bed, night tables and table lamps. There's also 32-inch LCD TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe and safe box.

Second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Third bedroom we call the „children bedroom” because it is equipped especially to meet your kids needs. Your little ones will find there some toys waiting for them. If you come without children, no problem, the toys will disappear and you will find a comfortable bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A cot is also available on request.

Kitchen offers high quality „Miele” equipment. There are an electric hob with extractor, fridge, conventional oven, microwave, „Jura” coffeemaker (for beaned coffee), toaster, juice squeezer, dishwasher and everything else you need to became a chef. Set of dishes as well as cutlery for 6 people is obviously available.

Utility room is equipped with washing-machine, steam-iron with ironing board, clothes-horse and cleaning equipment.
