Aji Limo is the essential ingredient of a good ceviche, the traditional dish from my home country that has transcended boundaries and is now a reference around the world.
It is my inspiration to create LIMO, a neighborhood restaurant that offers flavors from around the world, with a twist and in my own special way.
LIMO is a meeting point for foodies, lovers of fine cuisine but in a very informal and family atmosphere.
