Sabor is in the Selimiye quarter of the old city and offers delightful indoor and outdoor eating in the shadow of the beautiful Selimiye Mosque (Santa Sophia Cathedral). Perfect for morning coffee, lunch or a romantic moonlit dinner, it is also ideal for families with a pedestrianised square allowing children the freedom to dine and play safely.

Here at Sabor, we endeavor to make every customer's experience one to remember. Our restaurants offer a unique atmosphere but if you prefer to dine at home, our take-away service won't disappoint.

We pride ourselves on the delicious food we create and the excellent service we offer. We can accommodate individuals, large parties, corporate catering, menus for special occasions and we always welcome a challenge!
