Eat Sleep Cycle was born from a chance race-day encounter of three cyclists. Like minds met, the first rental bikes were bought and the first grand tour rolled out.
From our headquarters in Girona we run a slick bike hire service and operate fully supported cycling tours in our favourite European destinations.

At Eat Sleep Cycle it’s our mission to share our love of cycling with anyone who likes to ride a bicycle. We cater for cyclists of all abilities; those looking for a leisurely spin to those looking to push themselves to their limits.
