Cor23

COR23 is a space where art and culture meet business and innovation. It consists of a formal art gallery nested in a coworking space and is projected to launch in December 2016. Located in the heart of Barcelona, in the trendy and historical Borne neighbourhood, it is conceived as a place of creative exchange and professional development, as well as an avenue to promote and represent fresh and talented artists in the city. The space will be remodeled by the celebrated architect, Sandy Brunner, who will help us to transform it into a trendy and productive venue and work place.

The gallery, an ample space of 50m², will present monthly curate exhibitions featuring a mix of emerging and established artists. Our aim is to support and promote our favorite artists and to bring another dimension to the current art scene in Barcelona. Hosting regular exhibition-launches and other events we will also act as a networking platform where like-minded people can meet and share ideas.

In conjunction with the gallery we will continue to run our digital magazine, Pink&Brown, where we will maintain our mission of connecting people to the rich variety of artistic and cultural events in Barcelona. As well as providing a comprehensive listing of art and cultural events in the city, the magazine is also a platform to assess and comment on the local art scene through regular reviews, and to promote artists through interviews and an on-line shop.
