Traditional Spanish town of Rojales is only 5 mins away and nearby is the vibrant town of Torrevieja. Alicante airport just 30 mins, drive Murcia 35 mins drive. Shower room on the ground floor is fully tiled with toilet, basin& shower cubicle.

Master bedroom has double bed, large fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, patio doors lead onto a lovely balcony overlooking one of pool areas with patio table &chairs.

2 large pool and 2 children swimming pools is large communal, beautiful pool views. Secure parking areas within the complex, complete with electric gates. The whole complex is gated so very secure for children.

About the area

Coast/Beach
Guardamar blue flag beach less than 10 minutes drive. Rojales, lovely typical Spanish town is 5 minutes drive away, bustling town of Torrevieja approx15 minutes by car.

Golf
La Marquesa 5 minutes drive. It is not excessively difficult and so players of all levels will enjoy it. La Finca 10 minutes drive, It's Bermuda grass and Pencross greens offer some outstanding golf that will challenge both the beginner and expert. Surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Villamartin 15 minutes drive, the oldest course in the region is still hugely popular with golfers, top class facilities make this a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Rambles 15 minutes drive, this course is one of the tightest in the area with narrow fairways and steep terrain and unforgettable backdrops. Campoamor 15 minutes drive, this course can be difficult and challenging for both experienced and novice players. Fast and lush green fairways with steep sided hills.


How to get there
Alicante airport is 30 minutes drive, Murcia airport is 35 minutes. We can arrange pickups and taxi service or recommend reputable car hire company.

Distances
The town of Quesada is approx 10 minute walk, full of fabulous restaurants, shops, banks, bars etc. Local bars and restaurants, supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk. Rojales, the Aqua park and La Marquesa golf course is 5 minutes drive. Alicante is 30 minutes drive. Benidorm is about 45 min drive. Elche is 30 minutes drive. There are plenty of places of interest in and around the area.

Further Details
Aquapark, tennis courts, Crazy Golf, quad biking, horse riding, bowls all within either walking distance or 5 minutes drive. Guadalest and the fonts are well worth a visit, by car or bus tours (pick up in the town) There are also some very cosmopolitan towns nearby such as Alicante, Elche, Murcia to name just a few. There are plenty of local markets to visit, all within easy reach. Or you could just sit back and relax and drink the local wine and eat tapas in the local bars and taverners.
