Recently refurbished, this large luxury villa holds a superb position, within a quiet, mature and exclusive development, lying between the town and Montana Roja. The villa enjoys fantastic views over the sea to Fuerteventura and is away from main roads.
Casa Caos is close to Playa Blanca's shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, post office and all other facilities this attractive resort can offer.

The extra large pool is surrounded by sunbathing areas and overlooked by a covered BBQ and dining terrace. Two of the bedrooms have French windows directly onto the poolside.

The extensive outdoor grounds are complimented by a 10mx5m private electric and solar heated pool, terraced sunbathing area with bespoke BBQ and pergola, all set in a Canarian garden with mature shrubs, trees and cactus with views across the sea to Fuerteventura island.

All accommodation is spacious and offers comfortable seating and areas of interest for the sociable and the introspective alike.

5 spacious Bedrooms - all en-suite: 3 with kingsize double beds; 2 with twin beds; one with additional sofa bed. All bedrooms are fitted to a high standard and are well furnished.

The living area comprises of a large vaulted living room with with wooden beams, ample seating, flat screen TV, Hi-Fi, bar area, library and other items of interest.
The covered Canarian indoor courtyard Has a central mature indoor garden, comfortable TV area with views across the sea.
The large Canarian family kitchen with refectory table has all the convenience of home with ample appliances and kitchen equipment, a large American style fridge will keep all your goodies nice and cool.

Playa Blanca's famous seafront promenade is a 15-minute walk (5-minute drive) away, and a daytime visit will reward you with excellent retail therapy followed by leisurely lunches spent watching yachts, ferries and fishing boats sail by. No need to drive; a taxi will charge 3-4 euros or a little more at night.

Playa Blanca at night offers live music to all tastes and dancing for the energetic. A taxi will take you to the ultra-smart Marina Rubicon, in 10 minutes and you will find yourself dining or sipping a cocktail to the liquid tunes of a jazz band or a singer with a mellow voice, overlooking a row of million-euro yachts and other vessels.

Playa Blanca and Lanzarote are also especially attractive for outdoor pursuits. The villa is within a 15-minute walk from AguaLava Water Park and 10 minutes on foot from Dino Park Water features. The town itself, unlike most other towns, has three beautiful family beaches, whilst the stunning, many-coved Papagayo Beaches can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Here locals, tourists and camping enthusiasts populate the coves reminiscent of the stone age, with various stages of undress permissible in the glorious Lanzarote sun. Playa Blanca has diving schools and a surf school all of which will transport the interested to the best locations, or you can travel in your hire car in search of the perfect spot (they all are less than an hour's drive away).

You can start a fabulous inland, mountain or coastal walk from the front door of the villa. There are cycle hire shops stocking mountain and road bikes, or you can join a 4x4 or quad bike excursion - the list is endless.
