"Casa Annie" is a Luxury 1 Bedroom apartment located in the Ocean Lanzamar Complex, This complex is Ideally Located Between the Old Town (5 minute stroll) and the New Town ( 10 Minute stroll) Of Puerto Del Carmen, right Across the road from the complex you have a large Spar Supermarket, the Largest shopping Centre (the Biosfera) is located a 3 minute stroll from our apartment, here you can fin shops such as Bershka, Pull and Bear, Zara, Footlocker and many more, it also houses many restaurants and fast food outlets like Mc Donald's.

The Apartment

The apartment was completely Refurbished and Refurnished in May 2014, this has being done to the highest Specifications, works included fully tiling of the complete apartment, new kitchen and bathroom, new double glazing and a 100% refurbishment of the apartment, everything bought new in May 2014, including beds, settee and all textiles etc ..

The Kitchen
There is a new fully fitted kitchen installed, The kitchen houses a 3 ring electric hob, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave oven, and every other utensil required to make your stay as enjoyable as possible,Breakfast counter and chairs, it also has a full size fridge freezer and front loading automatic washing machine,

Living Room
The living room has an extremely comfortable 5 person corner suite that easily converts into a sofa bed for extra guests. complete with 40 inch smart TV, with all the latest features, (USB, HDMI, etc) and DVD player with DVD's, Irish (RTE)and English channels (BBC) are also available, floor lamps and ceiling lights with fans to create a light airy feeling, floor to ceiling curtains adorn the newly fitted tinted double glazed windows that offer access to the private balcony that offers limited view of the ocean, the private balcony is a sun trap and catches the sun most of the day.

The Bathroom.
The bathroom is large is size, and has an extra large walk in shower, the sink is a large fitted vanity unit and has a mirror above it, hair dryer and straightener are also supplied, we have a 50 litre water storage heater ( Average in spain is 30 litre) so there should always be plenty of hot water,

The Bedroom
the bedroom consists of 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, Side lockers, and dressing table with mirror, the bedroom also has piped TV with channels including RTE and BBC, also accepts HDMI wire and USB keys,
