Cal Florit

Cal Florit, one of the most emblematic houses in Alt Penedes, was constructed between 1900 & 1913 in the Modernist tradition of Gaudí and Domènch i Montaner. All of the original details of the house have been carefully and lovingly preserved and restored to their original state. Cal Florit is catalogued by the Government of Catalunya as of special architectural interest. Located in the quiet wine-growing village of Les Cabanyes, the house is surrounded in its entirety by vineyards and features unparalleled views of Montserrat and the county of Alt Penedes, famous for its cava, or Spanish Champagne. Ideally located, Cal Florit is three minutes from the capital Vilafranca, 20 minutes from the splendid beaches of Sitges, 45 minutes from Barcelona, Port Adventura and the Roman Ruins of Tarragona.
