Hi My Name is Simon Holland and I am a time served Plasterer Decorator and Tiler.I am City & Guilds Qualified in these trades.
Whilst in The UK I ran a successful Kitchen Fitting partnership alongside My Father John who was my business partner for 12 years.we worked together for 22 years successfully.
I moved to Menorca Spain in Nov 2014 with my Wife and Three Children to live permanently.
I am starting my business again here in Menorca so thought I would start a Facebook page.
I have also secured a regular shipping from Alicante Spain for UK building supplies,including British gypsum Multi finish plaster for a superior smooth finish. I buy at £16.99 a bag including shipping which takes 5 working days and is delivered to my door.I currently work on a day rate of €135 a day plus I.V.A. Tiling I work on €40 a m2 on Porcelain and Ceramic and €55 on natural stone or slate etc. Above prices for tiling include materials except for sealant for natural stone which is extra.
