The infamous Beach-HIIT session is a workout designed for everyone. Running, Jumping, Carrying, Throwing and Pulling. All things the human body is designed to do but that many forgot how to do.

A grueling high tempo full-body session where everybody push their self to their own limit and does so with a big smile. In this session you are all here to play, push and to help each other.

Sounds good right? Just to top it off, it’s all done while the sun is rising in the beautiful Mediterranean horizon with the felling of soft sand underneath your feet. Welcome to Beach HIIT <3
