About Angels Property
Angels Property Services was initially established in 2000 initially as a property management company by Nicola Bumke and Steve Godfrey. Together they have grown the company to offer a comprehensive range of real estate related including sales, rentals, interior design, property management and project management.

We undertake all types of project management from the smallest one room renovation to constructing a new house from scratch. Over the years we have forged relationships with reputable architects, builders, electricians and plumbers who operate locally and throughout Spain. Our team closely manage all projects regularly keeping abreast of progress and ensuring that the work confirms to our high standards.

Property owners can take advantage of our property management service available to all homeowners whether you purchased your property through Angel’s Property or used another agent. The majority of our clients live overseas and require a trustworthy fully insured team to take care of maintenance jobs, large and small, ranging from checking the alarm or unblocking drains and making sure that the utilities are in good working order and deal with any other issues that may arise whilst the owner is away. We also provide a professional cleaning service which can be tailored towards clients’ specific needs.

Of course it doesn’t stop there we can also help with administrative issues, e insurance, finance, car hire, furniture rental including baby cots and items for disabled visitors, arrange shopping and attend deliveries, arrange laundry, airport transfers, taxis, organise events and catering.

Our team comprises Steve Godfrey (Director and co-founder) who is originally from Bristol and has 25 years of property sales and marketing experience. Nicole Bumke (Director and co-founder) who has a background in hotels and management, she has lived in Spain for 32 years and speaks fluent English, German and Spanish. Tina Cerasoli, bilingual in Spanish and English, has worked for Angel’s Property for 10 years and has over 18 years customer care experience.
