Aarohati Yoga is not just for climbers. Each session encourages individuals to challenge themselves within their own abilities, to reach their own personal aspirations with grace & mindfulness. Individuals are encouraged to listen deeply to what is right for their body in each moment, with no sense of competition. Postures and sequences will always be tailored, modified & adjusted to suit.

Yoga helps us to ground and uplift, centre and expand, strengthen, lengthen and balance, body, mind and spirit, perfectly preparing us for life off the mat, wherever that may be.
